Move right foot back. Right back stance. Left
hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

Step forward. Right forward stance. Middle section
right hand punch. Turn head to 9:00.

Pivot on ball of left foot. Right back stance. Left
hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

Step forward. Right forward stance. Middle section
right hand punch. Turn head to 6:00.

Pivot on ball of left foot. Right back stance. Left
