Saju Chi Reu Gi - Udo - Deui Koob Yi

Four directional punch - right side - back stance. Techniques covered in this form are: back stances with middle section inner-forearm outward block, and forward stances with middle section punches.

·         Cha Ryo.  Kyung Ye.  Joon Be - move the right foot out.  Kihap.  Wait for Sijak command.

1.       Move right foot back.  Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

2.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 9:00.

3.       Pivot on ball of left foot. Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

4.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 6:00.

5.       Pivot on ball of left foot. Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

6.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 3:00.

7.       Pivot on ball of left foot. Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner-forearm outward block.

8.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Kihap.  Count off two seconds. Turn head to 12:00.

·         Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 12:00.  Baro.  Cha Ryo - move the right foot in.  Kyung Ye.
