Ki Cho Sam Bo

Techniques covered in this form are: back stances, middle section inner forearm outward blocks, forward stances, middle section punches, low section twin knife hand guarding blocks, and middle section twin knife hand guarding blocks.

·         Cha Ryo.  Kyung Ye.  Joon Be.  Kihap.  Turn head to 9:00 and wait for Sijak command.

1.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner forearm outward block.

2.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

3.       Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Left back stance.  Right hand middle section inner forearm outward block.

4.       Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

5.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 12:00.  Right back stance.  Low section twin knife hand guarding block.

6.       Step forward.  Left back stance.  Middle section twin knife hand guarding block.

7.       Step forward.  Right back stance.  Middle section twin knife hand guarding block.

8.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Kihap.  Turn head to 9:00.

9.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner forearm outward block.

10.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 6:00.

11.   Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Left back stance.  Right hand middle section inner forearm outward block.

12.   Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.  Turn head to 6:00.

13.   Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 6:00.  Right back stance.  Low section twin knife hand guarding block.

14.   Step forward.  Left back stance.  Middle section twin knife hand guarding block.

15.   Step forward.  Right back stance.  Middle section twin knife hand guarding block.

16.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Kihap.  Turn head to 3:00.

17.   Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Right back stance.  Left hand middle section inner forearm outward block.

18.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

19.   Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Left back stance.  Right hand middle section inner forearm outward block.
