Turn head to 9:00 and wait for Sijak command.
1.
Pivot on ball of right foot. Turn to 9:00. Left
forward stance. Low section left hand block.
2.
Step forward. Right forward stance. Middle section
right hand punch. Turn head to 12:00.
3.
Pivot on ball of left foot. Turn to 3:00. Right
forward stance. Low section right hand block.
4.
Step forward. Left forward stance. Middle section
left hand punch. Turn head to 12:00.

Pivot on ball of right foot. Turn to 12:00. Left
forward stance. Low section left hand block. (Note:
The left foot should now be right back at the original joon be position).
