Ki Cho Il Bo

Techniques covered in this form are: forward stances, middle section punches, and low section blocks.

·         Cha Ryo.  Kyung Ye.  Joon Be.  Kihap.  Turn head to 9:00 and wait for Sijak command.

1.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Left forward stance.  Low section left hand block.

2.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

3.       Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Right forward stance.  Low section right hand block.

4.       Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

5.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 12:00.  Left forward stance.  Low section left hand block.  (Note:  The left foot should now be right back at the original joon be position).

6.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.

7.       Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.

8.       Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Kihap.  Turn head to 9:00.

9.       Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Left forward stance.  Low section left hand block.

10.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 6:00.

11.   Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Right forward stance.  Low section right hand block.

12.   Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.  Turn head to 6:00.

13.   Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 6:00.  Left forward stance.  Low section left hand block.

14.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.

15.   Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.

16.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Kihap.  Turn head to 3:00.

17.   Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 9:00.  Left forward stance.  Low section left hand block.

18.   Step forward.  Right forward stance.  Middle section right hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

19.   Pivot on ball of left foot.  Turn to 3:00.  Right forward stance.  Low section right hand block.

20.   Step forward.  Left forward stance.  Middle section left hand punch.  Turn head to 12:00.

·         Pivot on ball of right foot.  Turn to 12:00.  Baro (Kuman).  Cha Ryo.  Kyung Ye.
