Pivot on ball of right foot. Turn to 9:00. Left
forward stance. High section left hand block.

Step forward. Right forward stance. High section
right hand punch. Turn head to 12:00.

Pivot on ball of left foot. Turn to 3:00. Right
forward stance. High section right hand block.
